Like Napoleon Bonaparte's exile to Elba, The Fibre Company's Arranmore Collection trunk show was imprisoned in a box in Alexandria until we helped it escape to march on White Stone. Though the trunk show has now left our shop to march onward (hopefully not to Waterloo), we still have the exquisite Arranmore Yarn and stylish, comfortable patterns for you to knit with it. Vive l'Arranmore!
Arranmore is inspired by the scenic Northern Headlands of Ireland and spun in a mill that traces its roots to the homespun tweed industry of County Donegal (yes, that Donegal). Fiber content is 80% wool, 10% silk, and 10% cashmere in Aran weight and a color palette reminiscent of wild Irish coastland vistas.
